More pictures of Ethan during Chinese New Year.. Feb 2008

Here's a very innovative Ethan, and a silly ku-ku, during Chinese New Year.

Why innovative? Of course putting things to good use and having imagination is innovative.

Why silly? Who asked the ku-ku to following a 2 year old kid?

Ethan's not happy Feb 2008

Not everday is Sunday. This time, Ethan is not happy. OK Ethan's almost 2 years old and he's still hook on his pacifier. Probably like father like son; i was also hooked on my pacifier when i was a little toddler. Let's hope Ethan will give up his pacifier soon.

Happy Ethan Feb 2008

Happy Ethan.

The same

Hey. We have the same uniform.. According to Ethan, that's Papa's shirt. We look like twins right?

Prawning in Feb 2008

I got a MONSTER!
Personally, prawning is a great pasttime. Many thinks that prawning is just simply throw in the line and wait.
Hold on a minute. that's not it.
Prawning needs you to go find the prawns. Move the line. Sometimes you get lucky when u hook the prawn on its body or claws. That's how I got the big one.
Checkout Ethan, he's not afraid of prawns. He's really funny. He wants to grab them. All of them.

Check out Grandma

OK. Its traditional for Kong-kong to take pictures during Chinese New Year.

Prawning and laksa!

OK. For all you who wonders what you can do with your prawns after your expensive prawning session; here's recipe #1, LAKSA!
Yum yum!!
Why laksa? See, the prawns we catch are fresh water "big head" prawns. Honestly, the prawns are tasteless. Laksa, on the other hand has thick yummy sauce. So this is excellent. Remember to peel off the shell so that the laksa sauce gets into the prawns.
Savour the dish slowly.. these are expensive prawns ok!!
FYI, I caught enough for 7 adults. Not bad right!
